I do prefer 1to1 learning and sometimes classroom based (on occasions) however, distant learning is the future and with a little adaption PLUS the support SPC provided This was made easier and comforting. "I am finding the course really enjoyable and can notice the benefits reflected in my performance on site. The four modules in the curriculum (management, contracts and commercial practice, health, safety and environmental and construction technology) are all subjects I encounter daily and feel the relevance of the course is perfectly suited to any aspiring site manager.
It has also giving me a greater understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the different parties associated within construction. During my course study I have to refer to the systems we use on site and have noticed that all the management tools, that are on either SharePoint or the safety hub are text book and exactly what the course specifies should be in place for any organisation to function correctly.
