Steve Payne 

MSc, FCIOB, FAPM, FCMI, FHEA, ChPP, CEnv

With a background in Senior Management roles with large PLC’s such as Rok and Balfour Beatty, Steve has gained a wealth of experience whilst increasing his professional qualifications and is now a Fellow with four major professional bodies.

Steve advises large and small organisations on organisational maturity and enhanced business performance together with delivering courses on project, programme, portfolio, risk, change, and benefits management. He has also been a visiting lecturer at Greenwich University on their engineering management degree and has lectured at Master level on the MOD Military Engineering degree. Steve has a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education and is a qualified teacher at university level.

He is a member of the CIOB Professional Review Membership Panel, a Professional Review marker and regularly sits on interview panels for chartered status. He therefore fully understands what is required to successfully complete the Chartered application process to achieve MCIOB.

He is also an accredited marker and interviewer for the APM at MAPM and ChPP level.

Steve has a genuine passion for sharing his skills and experience and makes use of real-life examples to contextualise the information and study.

Suzanne Payne

Drawing on her background of training within the NHS and other large organisations and Universities, Suzanne supports the “soft skills” elements of our courses as well as offering practical support to our students as and when required.

Mark Payne

MSc, MCIOB

Having project managed high-end office fit outs in and around London for a number of years, Mark brings his excellent project management skills and I.T knowledge to the team. 

Mark works as one of our Chartered Membership Programme Tutors and is a qualified Professional Review assessor.

Mark has a passion for professionalism and compliance, and sits on the CIOB's professional conduct investigation panel. He also regularly assists the CIOB's internal verification process, with a specific focus on the investigation of academic misconduct within both the CMP and PR processes.
