CMP

  • Fees payable directly to the CIOB are not included
  • Payment in full is required by no later than the 26th of the month preceding the course start date

Fast Track CMP

Professional Review

  • When you completed the course registration forms you will have selected the cohort and course dates convenient for you. If for any reason you change cohorts, you will be charged an administration fee which will be payable before the change is made
  • Payment in full is required by no later than the 26th of the month preceding the course start date. If payment is made after this date, candidates will be automatically allocated to the next available cohort.
  • The course fees are based on completion of the course within the dates provided on the course registration form. It is your responsibility to attend all sessions and submit your application by the due date. Any requests to extend the deadline for submission of your application for marking will incur an additional fee.
  • The CIOB PR marking fee is included providing your cohort submission deadline is met.

APEL

  • Interview must take place within 2 months of invoice date
  • Payment in full is required before enrolment on course

PFQ On-Demand

Material only option:

  • Payment in full is required before enrolment on course
  • Access to the course material is for 2 months from receipt of payment
  • APM exam fees are not included

Exam only option:

  • Payment in full is required before exam booking
  • Course material is not included.
  • Exam must be booked for a date no more than 10 weeks from date of purchase.
  • Completed exam registration form must be returned to Steve Payne Consultants for processing no less than 14 days prior to requested exam date. If the chosen date/time is not available, we will communicate this to you to arrange an alternative booking date/time.

  • If a candidate wishes to request for reasonable adjustments as outlined in our “APM reasonable adjustments” Policy, their completed registration form must be submitted to [email protected], including relevant supporting documentation a minimum of one month prior to the requested exam date.

  • The APM’s decision regarding approval/refusal of reasonable adjustments is final. Each agreed adjustment will be in place for a period of six months unless otherwise specified.

  • Non-attendance of the exam will incur the full charge for the exam, if students do not attend and wish to re-book their exam, payment must be made again for the relevant course’s “exam only” option via our website.
  • Candidates are entitled to one (1) free re-booking of exam provided 14 days’ notice is given. Any request for cancellation/rebooking of exam within 14 days of requested exam date, or any rebooking following the first free rebooking will incur the full charge for the exam.
  • It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they have suitable equipment and internet connection to complete the exam in line with the APM’s recommendations.

Standard terms applicable to all the above options:

  • Full scope of service provided is detailed as part of the initial enquiry for the specific course
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • An administrative fee will be charged for any changes in personal details after course commencement
  • These terms take precedence over any other terms as part of the correspondence leading up to this order confirmation
  • All course materials and information remains the intellectual property of Steve Payne Consultants Ltd, and must not be copied, re-distributed or resold without our express written permission.
